I was shocked to find bedbugs in my room. The staff's response was dismissive, claiming it's normal for hotels. After that, I felt unsafe and immediately sought other accommodations, leading to a frustrating search for help.

Lelux is in a prime spot, just a hop away from some fabulous local joints like Tutti Frutti and Haru Hana—seriously, don't miss out! The vibe in the restaurant is chill and the washrooms are clean, which is a nice bonus. Plus, the onsite parking can save you in this busy city.
The front desk staff seemed a bit lost—seriously, I couldn't get my package for a whole day! It's also not the prettiest area. a few sketchy folks around made me feel uneasy. And to top it off, they charged me more than what I booked for online—a bit shady, right?
